David works with financial institutions including chartered banks and commercial lenders, developers and builders, private corporations, manufacturers, retailers and major landlords, successfully representing them at all levels of Court in Ontario. David has significant experience with the enforcement of security with both private and court-ordered receiverships. David also has extensive experience with matters relating to the enforcement of wills and estates.
A 20-year veteran in his field, David distinguishes himself by his professional, pragmatic approach, his record of success and his skill in working effectively with all sides. He is adept at assessing a situation from every angle before devising a well thought out strategy.

In addition to his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, David holds an LL.M. from Duke University in North Carolina and has served as a special staff editor on the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. He also passed the California Bar Examination in 1992. His experiences in the United States have given him valuable insights that he brings to bear in his dealings with both Canadian and American clients. David has represented the firm at the Legal Netlink Alliance, a global alliance of carefully selected first class law firms that give clients access to high caliber legal representation virtually anywhere in the world.
David holds a black belt in karate and during his spare time, skis, plays squash and hockey.
